Dennis Bright

Dennis was a delightful addition to our staff of clinicians. His low key but sensible approach to working with horses was demonstrated in a number of ways from gentling the fresh horses on the ground, starting youngsters from atop his own horse, problem solving and reinforcing sensible safety rules.

Dennis works with people as much as, if not more than, horses so his style and approaches really helped bring about a balance in the variety of training methods and approaches which we demonstrated at the workshop.

Quincy's First Ride

We have some videotape from which we need to extract some still images in order to show Dennis working with the BLM yearlings. We'll get these photos up as quickly as we can.

In the meanwhile Dennis is developing a program for troubled inner-city youth called Wild Horses forWild Kids. He intends to use BLM horses for this noble project and we'll be sure to keep you posted as to its progress!

Also, Dennis has a new website address. You can check him out at www.brightranch.com. You may want to update your bookmarks!
