We couldn't run the program without the Clinician Assistants (known as 'CA's.)
They supervise participants in the pens and allow ten pens of action to
take place with only a half dozen clinicians to oversee everything.
The CAs are the more advanced participants who have proven their skills at other workshops and want more responsibility. |

When we find ourselves with 100 or more participants at a workshop, we can pretty much figure that the CAs are going to shoulder a great part of the load. Working under the supervision of the clinicians, the CAs gentle some of the horses and they provide supervision and assistance to hands-on participants that have been assigned to them. |
