LRTC Wild Horse Mentors'
WILD HORSE WORKSHOP 2002
Part Fourteen

Tom Does Burros!

While regarded by many as being but a simple office guy, National WHB Program Manager Tom Pogacnik can (and will) actually get into the pens and work nicely with the animals. He has a particular affinity for the burros. He won't admit it but we're certain it's a learned talent from dealing with Washington bureaucrats! Tom not only does burros but he does them really well!
