Robert really understands horses and is our most creative thinker.
He developed many of his skills working with "hopeless cases" that
were brought to him at his farm in Greenup, KY. Robert gets lots of
people involved and teaches people to "think outside the box."
Robert teaches people to work beyond rote memorization and "habit practices. Robert's "human round pen"

As we and he discovered, Robert does burros. He adapted his human
round pen technique to desensitizing and gentling longears and it worked
quite well. (We think Robert really had fun with these guys as he ended up adopting
two of them!)

| Adopting wild horses to citizens is a humane way of dealing with the wild horse and burro population problem. The key to success is educating adopters in safe and humane approaches to gentling, training and caring for their adopted animals. |
