LRTC Wild Horse Mentors'
WILD HORSE WORKSHOP 2000
Part Thirteen

Clinician Assistants

When we find ourselves with 100 or more participants at a workshop, we can pretty much figure that the Clinician Assistants are going to shoulder a great part of the load. Working under the supervision of the clinicians, the Clinician Assistants gentle some of the horses and they provide supervision and assistance to hands-on participants that have been assigned to them.
